I fell into photography during my teens. It was one of those school programs for kids who were easily distracted. It might be one of the best things that ever happened to me. Taking pictures of dogs is even more rewarding as a perfect moment is fleeting at best. They are always moving and rarely understand you want them to hold that perfect pose for just a moment longer. Photography is a hobby/passion for me and not something I do for a living.
