This week it was hot in Boston. Hot enough to keep me inside updating the new look of Fido Loves and editing photos in my cool dark office. Even Moose was pretty content to stay curled up beneath the desk living on dog treats and the occasional scratch on the head.

Then yesterday morning the storm clouds began to part and we quickly loaded the car for a last minute trip to Cape Cod. It was time to pick up a new season pass for the National Seashore Beaches and spend a day at Marconi Beach. I love summer in New England. And this was the season opener for us and our dog on the dog friendly beach.

I have some more shots from the day, but only had time to process this one before errands and a shoot later this evening. I will post some shots of other people’s dogs when those are done.
