I have been meaning to share our experiences with Nupro, a supplement for your dog’s food. Kathy from Fish & Bone handed me a small container recently. Earlier this year as we were discussing various ways of feeding and the affects a dog’s health, energy levels and alertness. Typically, our dog Moose is a horrible shedder, not that I will sell him on eBay or anything. But the dog can be like a walking snow storm, at least until a couple of months ago.
Nupro, Like Magic Gravy
We have been mixing Nupro into our dog’s food for the past month and the difference is remarkable. Moose looks fantastic and sheds like a normal dog. His short fur is much softer, has a great sheen and is less prone to shedding. Overall, you just looks good, if not great.
Since writing this article, we have had quite a few friends add Nupro to their dog’s diets. Nupro, which contains flax and sea kelp in addition to ground liver helps add essential oils and nutrients which promote good health.
You can find out more at the Nupro website or go to Fish & Bone and talk to Kathy.
First, The Photo
We decided to stay in, crack a bottle of wine and order from Brown Sugar while I set up a small studio in our living room to shoot today’s photoshoot. I have been meaning to photograph and write about Nupro for some time.
It is challenging shooting a brown powder that comes in a relatively plain container and at best looks like gravy. But then again, I like challenges. So here it is, in homage to Pulp Fiction, or at least the briefcase that contained the soul of the kingpin. I know Nupro is not a dog’s soul, but it really is that good for your dog and their soul.
